Focus on Geothermal I May 5, 2023: Mapping permeability and porosity in Geothermal Systems

Hello [simplenews-subscriber:field_first_name] [simplenews-subscriber:field_last_name],

for the next Focus on Geothermal webinar of IGC.events this Friday, May 5, 2023 at 14:00 CEST we invite you to the presentation of

Dr. Kate Lewis and Tom Fleure

who will be presenting a new seismic survey technology for permeability and porosity mapping in geothermal. Dr. Kate Lewis is a Geoscientist and core part of GeoFlow Imaging’s Science Team with great global experience in multiple geothermal regions. Accompanied this Friday she will be by Tom Fleure, the CEO of Ambient Reservoir Monitoring Inc., which he co-founded in 2017. Fleure has a broad knowledge of geophysics ranging from field parameter testing to signal processing.

In their presentation – Mapping permeability and porosity in Geothermal Systems – Lewis and Fleure present the newly developed seismic survey technology developed by GeoFlow Imaging, which relies on down hole seismic sourcing using a chemically inert, heat-stable, rapid-burn propellant.
